To foster the relationship between the Foundation and its alumni community,
while creating a vibrant ecosystem of investible African Tony Elumelu
Entrepreneurs.
Responsibilitie(s):
- • To develop and sustain a robust, innovative, and automated Alumni Management Framework that creates output in alignment with TEF objectives.
• Full execution of the approved alumni management framework, within target timelines.
• To build and strengthen the existing alumni community and create a vibrant and compelling global alumni network of investible African Entrepreneurs.
• Drive engagement and increase TEF Alumni affinity with the Foundation.
• Provide guidance on the appropriate conduct of Alumni, as well as the detailed Hub governance structure.
• Create regular/ periodic implementable initiatives to boost the Foundation’s engagement with her Alumni network, in line with Alumni management framework
• Manage communication with the network via regular/ periodic engaging communication via email, newsletter and other digital channels to promote the initiatives of the Foundation to the Alumni network, to keep them engaged, informed and involved.
• Deliver TEF Alumni Ecosystem organized virtual meetups in Nigeria and across Africa uniquely designed to plug TEF Alumni into the local ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance to survey requests and submission of bi-annual business reports by the Alumni for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Develop framework for tracking Alumni progress to identify content/ stories that can be shared across the Foundations digital channels
• Improve on current Hub governance structure, to aid the Foundation’s impact assessment
• Ensure compliance to global data regulation policies while obtaining and sharing data with Alumni.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- • BSc or BA in any field
• 4 years’ minimum relevant experience
• Has experience/ interest in managing and coordinating online communities
• Has coordinated remote campaigns, with proof of track record.
• Has experience in developing initiatives to engage the public
• Excellent use of social and digital media platforms.
• Able to draft engaging content.
• Ability to design visually creative content is a plus
