The Brand & Creative designer steers creative direction within the Group. The role is responsible for the visual look and feel (physical and virtual) of all the subsidiaries and the Group office. He/She will also handle photography, Illustration and videography.
Responsibilitie(s):
- Brand Development and Management
•
Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity across all platforms.
•
Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design and messaging.
•
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand coherence and alignment with company goals.
Creative Design
•
Design high-quality graphics, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
•
Produce compelling visual content for digital and print media.
•
Develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
Digital and Web Design
•
Design user-friendly and visually appealing website layouts and interfaces.
•
Create engaging digital content, including email templates, banners, and multimedia assets.
•
Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
Project Management
•
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
•
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for outsourced design projects.
•
Maintain a library of design assets and resources for team use.
Collaboration and Communication
•
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and objectives.
•
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
•
Foster a collaborative environment and encourage creative thinking within the team.
Market and Trend Analysis
•
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
•
Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities for innovation.
•
Integrate current design trends and best practices into projects.
Quality Assurance
•
Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and align with brand aesthetics.
•
Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of design work before final delivery.
•
Solicit feedback and make improvements to enhance design effectiveness and impact
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

B.sc degree in communications/Creative arts or similar field

5+ years relevant work experience as a visual designer, UI Designer or similar role
–
Stronger aesthetic skills with ability to combine various fonts and layout. Knowledge of current trends and best practice in inbound and outbound digital marketing.

Solid understanding of principles of good UI/UX, content marketing and SEM
–
Knowledge of managing online advertising (programmatic, search engine etc.) on core digital platforms (Google ads, Bing, paid social etc.)
