The Sales Executive, shall be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing relationships with Institutional investors in the assigned institutional market channels and providing support on effective collaboration with relationship teams in mapped bank branches and selling Heirs Life’s products as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilitie(s):
- Assist with Brokers relationship management through strategies that leverage the network of leading insurance brokerage firms to accomplish divisional objectives and plans.
- Collaborate with the MCCE team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
- Plan and conduct marketing and business development activities to match budgets and sales targets as articulated by the Company’s Management.
- Assist the Regional Manager with developing and implementing divisional strategies to achieve set targets and aligning same to corporate objectives and goals.
- Leverage on the Company’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Identify, establish, and maintain rewarding relationships with Brokers through expansion of business accounts with the Company.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- EDUCATION
- Minimum requirement: A Bachelors’ degree from a reputable university
in any relevant discipline
- Added advantage: MSc or MBA
- - Minimum requirement: 4 years’ cognate experience
- Added Advantage: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
PROFESSIONAL (MEMBERSHIPS & CERIFICATIONS)
- Minimum requirement: Membership of any relevant professional body (e.g., ISMMN, ICSP, CIIN, etc.)
