Patient Experience Officer serves as the first point of contact between patients and the
hospital. Its main purpose is to provide an enjoyable patient experience.
The role also supports smooth operations by competently performing various routine;
customer service and concierge service such as receiving patients, clients, and guests,
providing basic information about our services to patients or clients, data entry, gathering
feedback and other patient engagement.
This role will support in planning and coordinating patient discharge from the facility by
working closely with healthcare professionals and family to ensure a smooth transition
from the hospital to their home or other facility. This role also ensures that hospital stays for
patients are conducive to optimizing patient comfort.
