The Head, Brand and Corporate Communication's responsibility is to create positive public awareness and acceptance of TRANSCORP HOTELS’ brand and corporate image.

- Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement branding & communication strategies, policies and procedures for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy for executive management approval.
• Identify and proactively manage the growth of the Transcorp Hotels brand and any issues which may impact reputation.
• Lead in the strategic planning and implementation of Transcorp Hotels’ communications through social media platforms.
•Liaise with relevant parties to develop a unique brand identity/ branding initiatives for Transcorp Hotels that would be recognized by employees, Partners and general public.
• Manage the company’s reputation with stakeholders through regular communication of critical messages on company activities, plans, achievements and contributions to the society.
• Formulate strategies for adequate protection of the company’s intellectual property.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- Academic Qualifications
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred/Added Advantage:
o Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing/Communications/Brand Management).
o Minimum: 10 – 12 years progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Brand Management with at least 5 years in a senior management/leadership role, ideally in Hospitality, FMCG, Telecoms, Banking/Financial services, or any consumer-facing industry where brand perception and stakeholder engagement are critical.
Other Expectations
• Track record in media relations and crisis communication.
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategy at a corporate level.
• Experience leading digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level advisory skills.
• Demonstrated success in event management and corporate reputation building.
