The Head of Enterprise Performance Management is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s strategic objectives while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The role focuses on driving organizational performance through the development of robust strategies, effective monitoring of KPIs, and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver sustained growth and operational excellence
Responsibilitie(s):
- Lead the development of the organization's long-term strategic vision and business objectives
- Translate the corporate vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across all business units and departments
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and drive organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Develop frameworks and tools to guide strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Establish and monitor enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems and processes
- Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee the analysis of business data to identify critical success factors and performance gaps
- Deliver insights on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop advanced reporting tools and dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, ensuring alignment of departmental plans with corporate objectives
- Foster collaboration between operational, sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to drive organizational success
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy and performance matters
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise strategy and performance management team
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable
