The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Office, supporting the leadership team in driving the growth, integration, and performance of the company. The role demands an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, strategy, and portfolio management. The Chief of Staff will ensure alignment across multiple business units working closely with Senior and Executive Management.
Responsibilitie(s):
- Leadership Support: Act as an extension of the Executive’s office, filtering priorities, preparing briefs, and ensuring leadership focus on high-impact activities.
- Execution Oversight: Lead and track cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Executive Office to define, prioritize, and track execution of strategic objectives.
- Board & Stakeholder Engagement: Support preparation of board packs, management updates, investor communications, and stakeholder engagements.
- Organizational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in structures, processes, and reporting to strengthen execution discipline within the group.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- MBA/Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in finance, investments, corporate strategy, or management consulting (experience in a holding company, private equity, or conglomerate environment is an advantage).
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, business performance metrics and strategic execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business units and sectors.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and resilience
- Relevant Certification (ACA/ACCA) is mandatory
