Corporate Finance & Investment Analyst

The Corporate Finance & Investment Analyst will support the CFO in driving the Group’s financial performance, with a dual focus on core accounting/reporting responsibilities and investment analysis. The role ensures accurate financial accounting and reporting, supports capital allocation decisions, evaluates investment opportunities, and provides financial insights that enhance value creation across the Group.

Responsibilitie(s):

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting standards.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the business.
  • Support consolidation of Group financials and assist in management reporting for Executive Leadership and the Board.
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for new and existing investments.
  • Develop business cases and financial projections to guide strategic initiatives.

Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in a conglomerate, investment firm, or Big 4 advisory role is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational ability.
